Isn’t it insulting when big companies don’t stand behind their products? Check out this article about a man who simply wanted Microsoft to repair his daughter’s Zune that had stopped working. He even sent the product in and it was returned with a note saying it wouldn’t be repaired. The man had to contact a local reporter/news company to get the job done by pressuring them with some bad publicity. Thankfully, it worked.
