A great item on the market recently is the powered scissors. These work great for anyone in the childcare/pre-school or crafting business. instead of spending hours painfully working your manual scissors, you can now just click a button and guide your power scissors right through the paper. It does make it a little more difficult to do the precision cutting that you may need, although that too can be learned with practice. The amount of time it saves is incredible, and when you couple that with how much better your hand feels when you are done it is well worth the investment of $20-$50 depending on what model you would like. A great new development in the world of gadgets.
